Fee Refund

Fees once paid are generally non-refundable. Refund requests will only be considered under special circumstances approved by the academy management.

Admission fees are non-refundable.
Study material charges are non-refundable.
Any registration or processing fee is non-refundable.
Partial refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases.

Cancellation Policy

Students or parents must officially inform the academy regarding cancellation requests through written communication or email.

Cancellation requests must include student details.
Management reserves the right to approve or reject requests.
Approved cancellations will be processed as per academy rules.
Refund approval depends on the duration and course attended.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds may take approximately 7–14 working days for processing.

Online Payments

In case of duplicate transactions or technical payment issues, students are requested to contact the academy immediately with payment proof for verification.
